Roblox Action Adventure Movie Contest
A new Roblox production has come among us! Introducing ROBLOXiwood!
The Roblox staff obviously enjoyed the funny video contest so much, they decided to have another movie contest! They wouldn’t base two contests on hilarious videos in a row, so they thought of another great topic. Action and adventure!
It was quite a surprise when I found out another Roblox video contest is already going. I didn’t have the chance to enter the last one, so I really hope to try this one out. As advice, I suggest you don’t base your video off of Indiana Jones. Trust me. At least 85% of the Roblox video entries will probably be related to Indiana Jones. I’d say I just made a pretty good guess.
You can win this contest in two different ways!
- 5 videos will be chosen as winners for the “Best Picture” award. You may have a team of up to 3 players for your video. Choose wisely! The 5 winning videos will give the creators 1,000 Robux, and a special contest hat.
- There will be a number of different categories to win from. The Roblox staff will choose winners off of these categories. Winning from a certain category will also get you 1,000 Robux and a special contest hat. Please check the categories out below.
Categories
Best Actor/Actress (three of these will be chosen), Best Soundtrack, Best Camera Work, Best Costumes, Best Set Design and Best Special Effects.
Rules
- Your video must be full of action and adventure. Be sure to check the wiki page on making Roblox movies here.
- Your video must be suitable for ANYONE. This includes your best friend’s grandma, the garbage man’s son, and your cousin that has been removed 918 times. Your video must also go along the Roblox Community Guidlines. So, just remember to keep it clean!
- Your video should be between 30 seconds and 3 minutes. Remember to try and keep it related to Roblox the best you can!
- Please use the following information in the description of your video entry:
- Usernames of the 1-3 players who made the video
- Link to the Roblox home page (http://www.roblox.com/
- Use as many tags possible! If your video is based off a real movie, be sure to insert the title of the movie! Another thing is you must insert the tags “roblox” and “june-action” for your entry to be valid. You may also include the names of your favorite modeling toys. Using a few words that describe Roblox will also help.
You may advertise your video entry in the ROBLOXiwood forum. This contest ends on Sunday June 29 at 6pm Pacific time (9pm Eastern).
